About Lynette

Lynette is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 12 years experience. She did her training with Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini. She is an advanced teacher in restorative yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, a certified yin teacher with Bernie Clark, and a certified yoga nidra teacher with Brenda Feuerstein. Currently, Lynette lives and works back and forth between Mexico and Canada. She also works as a communications consultant and freelance writer. She hopes to inspire others by living a creative, inspired life.

Why Join

During this week in paradise we will focus on creating balance and rejuvenation in our yoga practice so we can cultivate space, creativity, and relaxation in our daily lives off the mat. We will begin each morning with a sunrise flow practice and end each day with a restoring practice of sunset yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and/or journalling session. All levels welcome.
